Yumeiro Cast ended service on 15 Jan 2019 at 14:00 (Japan time) after more than 3 years.
Still remember trying this out when it first came out. There were so few otome rhythm games back then. i7 had just come out not long ago. I tried it, liked it and I wanted more games like that. Then I stumbled across YumeCast in the ‘New Releases’ on QooApp, and grew to love it more than i7 actually! (I love the songs in Banyaro and YumeCast the best out of all the music games I’ve played.) Also love all the fun little stories, trivia about the boys and teasers that they post on their official Twitter. Sadly, YumeCast was ultimately just not popular or profitable enough to survive in this increasingly competitive mobile otome gaming world…
Well, at least there are still two more albums and a second fanbook to look forward to! I really need to get to ordering that EbtenDX limited edition of the Iori version of that fanbook!
